Water Quality, Environmental Factors & Mental Wellbeing

At the Triangle Foundation, we are currently exploring an important area of emerging interest: the relationship between environmental factors — including water quality — and mental wellbeing.

Modern life exposes individuals to a wide range of chemical compounds and environmental stressors. While regulatory systems are in place to ensure safety standards, there is growing public and academic interest in understanding how cumulative exposure to certain substances may influence long-term health, including neurological and psychological wellbeing.

Our research at this stage is exploratory. We are examining credible scientific literature, consulting with appropriate professionals, and considering structured methods for responsible investigation. It is important to state clearly that we will only publish findings that are evidence-based and professionally supported.

This work forms part of our broader mission to examine root causes rather than solely managing symptoms. Environmental health, gut health, and mental health may be more interconnected than traditionally appreciated, and careful research is required to understand these relationships properly.

We will publish updates once our review and preliminary investigations are complete.
