Proactive Prevention & Subconscious Learning Support
As part of the Triangle Foundation’s proactive prevention and wellbeing approach, clients may occasionally
be offered specially produced personalised audio downloads designed to support relaxation, quality sleep,
emotional resilience, anxiety reduction, confidence building, and positive subconscious reinforcement.
These personalised audio support recordings may include guided relaxation techniques, positive
affirmations, sleep support sessions, and subconscious learning exercises tailored to the client’s individual
wellbeing journey. Where appropriate, these are provided as part of a client’s personalised wellbeing support
plan at no additional cost.
David Briscombe, Co-Founder and Chair of Triangle Foundation, has spent more than 30 years developing
and refining subconscious learning and positive reinforcement techniques for use within his private
wellbeing practice.
Subconscious learning is based upon the principle that the mind continually absorbs information through
repetition, relaxation, positive focus, and emotional reinforcement. Whilst mindfulness often concentrates on
awareness of the present moment, subconscious learning focuses on helping individuals mentally move
forward towards where they wish to be in life, rather than remaining focused upon where they have been.
The Triangle Foundation believes that positive mental reinforcement, guided relaxation, and structured
subconscious learning are valuable tools in supporting confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing,
motivation, and long-term mental fitness.
As part of the Mental Health Self Defence® Method, these innovative audio support tools are designed to
help clients continue reinforcing positive wellbeing habits 24 hours a day beyond appointments, workshops,
and consultations.
