What We Do

Triangle Foundation is redefining how mental health support is delivered. If you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, or anxiety-based depression or simply want to take control of your life and wellbeing our Foundation-Funded support programme may be able to help. With our professional well-being assessments, and International Stress Management Association (ISMA) approved two-day Mental Health Self-Defence® Course, where we teach practical techniques to protect yourself against life’s pressures.

The programme doesn’t just offer support they give you the tools to act. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies, discover the gut–brain connection, and explore how probiotics can positively influence mental health. This is mental health support reinvented proactive, preventative and empowering included in the course is a wealth of supporting materials and six months of email follow-up support that will help attendees to continue to develop and grow long off the course has ended.
