The Executive Wellbeing Assessment has been developed by healthcare professionals at the Triangle Foundation to measure key symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, anxiety-based depression, and significant life events. It uses a structured rating scale to help identify and understand the severity of these emotional states.

While the assessment does not list every possible symptom, it includes 129 carefully selected questions covering the most relevant and impactful areas affecting executive performance, wellbeing, clarity, and resilience. This level of insight provides a reliable overview of current emotional health and acts as a benchmark for monitoring progress over time.

Results also include the Triangle Foundation Path of Life, a visual wellbeing profile designed by our healthcare specialists.

This gives executives a clear picture of where they are at this point in their life and highlights any areas that may benefit from strengthening or support.

All information is handled confidentially.
The Triangle Foundation does not contact doctors or medical professionals unless:
• the client specifically requests it, and
• written permission is provided
Where appropriate, we may recommend clients inform their GP or healthcare provider that they are receiving support from the Triangle Foundation.

Each assessment includes:
• A full analysis by a dedicated Triangle Foundation wellbeing specialist
• A written report
• A 90-minute consultation to review results, discuss findings in depth, and answer any questions
• A printed or digital copy of your personalised report
