With 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health issues, this area is one of the most challenging facing today’s society.
Although the task is huge, every single life that has been transformed through our work is a major triumph and we are always looking for like-minded volunteers to give of their time to help us.
We welcome everyone, from psychological well-being professionals to people with no qualifications in our specific field, but who just want to help their fellow human beings by supporting and growing our charity.

• Psychology Students Gain Experience – The Charity is seeking enthusiastic psychology students to join our team on a voluntary part-time basis. The opportunity would include working supervised with clients experiencing psychological stress, anxiety, depression (SAD) and well-being challenges.
Triangle Foundation help clients explore their feelings and emotions relating to their situation by understanding what is happening to the client and providing them with evidence-based tools and techniques to better cope with their challenges and make positive changes to their lives.
Volunteers should be working towards a psychology qualification and will be offered personal development training to develop their skills, knowledge, and psychology experience.
The position represents an exciting opportunity for volunteers working in this field and would like to offer their knowledge or seek hands-on experience to add to their CV.
• Social Media Savvy Person – We are seeking a savvy social media person to join our Volunteering team. Working from home and possibly our office two or three hours per week.
This volunteering position represents an exciting opportunity, whether you are currently, or have been, working in this field and would like to offer your industry knowledge, or you are building a career or seeking hands-on experience to add to your portfolio or CV.
Your role would be to attract and interact with Facebook, Twitter, Linking and targeted virtual communities and networks users, increase client and donor’s engagement, increase website traffic and exploit all aspects of the social media marketing options.
• Chat Show Host Presenter – Could you help others who might be experiencing loneliness? We are training new online Chat Show Host Presenters to work at our new live streaming facility one evening a week (or more if they wish) from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Mon-Fri.
To host twice nightly 60-minute interactive online meeting place for up to 50 people all age groups experiencing loneliness in South wales from our Cardiff Studio. There are two volunteers in each team, one host, and one presenter roles are reversed each 60 minutes session.
