Stress Prevention Mental Health Self-Defence Two-Day Workshop
Transforming Stress into Well-being and Resilience
The Triangle Foundation is proud to be one of the first charities in the UK officially recognised by the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) for our high standards in delivering Stress Prevention, Well-being, and Resilience courses. Our Mental Health Self-Defence awareness programme is designed to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health, equipping individuals with essential tools to manage everyday stressors and enhance their overall well-being.
Why Mental Health Self-Defence Matters
Mental Health Self-Defence is about proactive self-care empowering individuals to identify stressors, adopt healthy coping mechanisms, and take control of their mental well-being. The workshop encourages participants to take meaningful steps towards self-improvement, whether by learning new skills, overcoming unhelpful habits, or developing a more resilient mindset.
We aim to create a comfortable and fully interactive learning environment, welcoming participants of all ages and backgrounds. Our workshop is designed not only to inform but to inspire, helping individuals to become the person they aspire to be and find renewed purpose in life.
