Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)

Triangle Foundation Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are different because we provide Employers with pro-active self-care and interventional support for their staff, as opposed to simple passive or reactive care. The preventative nature of our work can help identify and address mental health issues amongst your workforce before they escalate.

Courses

All courses are delivered only by Triangle Mental Health Foundation health professionals. If several people in your organisation would like to attend a course, our in-house programme is likely to be the most effective training option.

In-house training can be delivered at your own premises, and we can also help you select a suitable venue offsite. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our in-house course has been temporally suspended and replaced with an online version that exactly mirrors that of our residential course and will continue until social distancing returns to normal.

Triangle Foundation bespoke courses support the staff of private and public sector organisations, providing them with vital training in mental health self-care, well-being and resilience planning.

Courses enable participants to understand the meaning of stress and how to differentiate it from pressure.

Course are practical engaging and include a variety of individual exercises. Employees will also benefit from revisiting the exercises after the course when they have the time and space to think fully about their life and the issues raised.

A toolkit of self-care, stress management and resilience techniques and exercises are provided for employees to use in the work environment as well as in their personal lives.

Courses normally span two consecutive days, but arrangements can be made to deliver the courses over separate days. If you would like to meet with us to discuss your requirements, please use the contact form on the site.
